•Supporting in developing examination operation plans by specifying the needed action plans and tools in a timely manner in line with British Council Quality Compliance Standards and UK Boards Standards.
•Building and maintaining strong business relations with diverse stakeholders by providing extraordinary support and availability, such as setting up different communication and training channels, and having timely follow-up calls/ meetings.
•Accurately managing operation information system by creating a solid database and full documentation such as using different online and offline tools to adhere to security and compliance.
•Controlling stakeholders' finance accounts with the support of financial systems that reflects accurate reconciliation records
•Dealing successfully with day-to-day business cases by reporting to management and international specialists on areas requiring comprehensive support for advisement and support.
•Preparing procurement plans, training, quality compliance logs/checklists in accordance with requirements and standards for setting up operation location.
•Improving the provided services by collecting feedback such as using monkey surveys for evaluation.
•Providing reports with the specific figures and indicators on the needed performance, for example: number of target beneficiaries, outcomes, and total amount.
UMR | Monitoring and Evaluation
• Planning project/event action plans through forecasting and developing details and aspects accordingly.
• Meeting and exceeding the number of event audience target through phone call and social media marketing
• Responsible for coordinating inductions and training of different projects/events for over 50 volunteers
• Managing all event setup, addressing potential problems that may arise, and follow-up processes.
• Creating M&E system especially on indicators of performance for over than five projects.
• Develop reporting forms; data collection tools, process and performance indicators based on each project proposal
• Checking all the database for over 50 partners to ensure that data is regularly updated accurate
• Supporting the programs team in creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of program activities.
• Consistently visit a variety of programs to evaluate and support on-the-ground to enhance the outcomes that each program is working to achieve.
• Utilizing beneficiaries' feedback to measure program progress track for improvement.
• Providing technical training for team members on the needed improvements, such as how to use the evaluation form in collecting data from beneficiaries.
- Writing, translating and simplifying descriptions for
any product option in both Arabic and English Languages.
