-Screening C.Vs and targeting good calibers.
-Assisting in the recruitment process.
-Conducting first interviews for the applicants.
-Recommending calibers and scheduling second interviews with the management.
-Prepare Job Offers and Job Contracts.
-Conduct and Monitor staff evaluation after the probation period.
-Conduct and Monitor staff annual evaluation.
-Developing company's policies and creating changes in the company procedures.
-Process the Job Descriptions for the employees.
-Submit any needed Reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
-Working as a team for the purpose of maintaining employees files as per company's standard.
-Handles contracts renewal process.
-Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
-Performance management and improvement tracking system.
-Assisted in the recruitment and employment process.

-Handling common complaints and questions, but when it is necessary, they may provide support concerning the clients' particular complaints
-Advising the customers what service or product would be appropriate for their requirements
