Job Description:
As a business development: is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new
clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts and Old
Contacts. .. which be through :
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Planning and preparing presentations
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Writing reports
Providing management with feedback
As a accounting :
Issue invoices.
Record Payment for invoices in QuickBooks.
Organizing Printing payments, order And Visa in files.
As CRM :
Renew notification ( Calls & mail )
Issue Estimates for Reminder
Renew Domains and sending order for Edit or new plans to support.
As admin :
Prepare all administration and project reports as required.
Provide general support to visitors.
Responsible of employees’ attendance, annual leave, files & docs.
Responsible of mailing, scanning, faxing & copying to management.
Correspondence on behalf of GM and attending to all telephone calls from
Head office, Main Contractor, Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors and
related to the projects.
Record all bills and expenditures related to the project.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and
filing.
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when
appropriate
Insurance system.
