•Generate and qualify leads, listen to the wants and needs of the client and provide suggestions, samples, and quotations before execution
•Prepare and/or receive tiling plans, sections, details (of mainly floor and wall tiles, countertops, vanity tops, bars, tables) and cutting lists to refinish spaces with Obeid Group’s available materials in private homes or commercial projects with the clients' tastes in mind
•Ensure that the tile sizes are adequate with the chosen material’s block sizes in order to reduce the waste percentage
•Ensure the adequacy and quality of production

• Manage all office operational activities
• Prepare files and processes all requests
• Answer phones and responds professionally to all inquiries
• Coordinate the flow of information within the office
• Supervise student assistants

•Coordinate a client’s project with designers to make construction documents including all plans (furniture, electrical, ceiling/lighting, HVAC, flooring), interior elevations, ceiling details and wood work details.

•Coordinate clients' projects with designers and architects to make a plan
•Research for appropriate designs to satisfy the clients' taste
•Create mood boards for one commercial design project and three residential
projects that were chosen as best among other trainees
•Assist junior designers with fabric, furniture, material, and accessory selection

Supervises the table settings and manages the event's plan.
Welcomes guests and seat them in the assigned seats.
