Material Requirement & Product Replenishment Planning Cycle in an
Effective and Timely Basis to support achieve the Annual Operation Plans

Leading the MDA category team, being responsible for all major household
appliances subcategories.
• Ensure product availability across total system at the right quantity, place
and time to meet sales and marketing demand with the best possible
cost to meet sales demand to Achieve top line & bottom-line sales
targets.
• Responsible for setting and achieving market share growth targets for
the category
• Develop and monitor the annual plan for Materials/Product inventory
requirements needed to meet AOP objectives and update it with
forecast adjustments.

• Managing vendors supply & Controlling phase-in / phase-out process and
securing smooth launch of the new products.
• Co-ordinate with warehouses and Finance on identifying obsolete
Materials/Product and taking appropriate reserves and disposal steps&
identification and depletion of slow-moving items and identify potential
risks and flag to stakeholders..
• Creating / developing adequate promotions on a regular basis to
maximize the category profitability.
• Work on achieving the target coverage days’ inventory of all materials
as per established targets, strive to achieve the target Materials/Product
inventory value as per established targets.
• Work pro-actively with purchasing dept. to streamline Materials/Product
replenishment and minimize variability, participate in cost reduction and
standardization initiatives as required
• Successful management of S&OP process, co-ordinate rolling Fcst
requirement plans, in addition to ordering of all materials & following up
on deliveries to ensure adequate supply to cover all need& Working on
Developing CVM campaigns with the marketing team to increase Sales
• Coaches and provides constant feedback for development and
improved performance
• Developing monthly building blocks to ensure monthly targets are
realized and achieved.
• Tracking / enhancement of the category assortment & updating it and
keeping it in alignment with the market top seller skus.
• Developing yearly & monthly promotional calendar.
• Making sure that the products are properly displayed, and each store
assortment are in line with the consumer's needs in its location
