Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Field instruments of like: Control valves, ON/OFF valves, Flow meters, PSV’s, Radioactive LT’s, etc.
Preparation of Requisition for Field instruments, GC, moisture analyzers, Oxygen analyzers, etc.
Preparation of RFQ, Technical bid Evaluation for Field instruments & Metering package.
Handling following Mechanical Packages TQ's during Feed stage-
Thermal Oxidizer (BMS control)
Flare Package.
Storage vessel & Heater Package (PLC Driven)
Pump Dosing Package
Compressors Centrifugal & Reciprocating.
Chiller Package (PLC driven)
1.Design & Detail instrumentation Engineering activities.
2.Preparation of datasheets for Control valve, ON/OFF valve, flow meter, PSV, etc.
3.Package Responsible Engineer for Oil and Gas metering package
4.Preparation of RFQ, Technical bid Evaluation, Preparation of bid clarification meeting with respective vendors, Preparation of Technical Query to Client and Vendors.
5.Checking of FEED documents like: specifications, PID’s, inter- disciple documents.
6.Checking of specification of Oil and gas metering package.
7.Instrumentation Design and details Studies: International standards, P & ID review, Scope of work, System studies.
8.Selection & Sizing of various Instruments: Including control valve, Flow elements using SMART PLANT INSTRUMENTATION (INTOOLs, ) software’s.
9.Engineering Documents: Design Basis & Philosophy, Instrument I/O List, Instrument specification sheet, Terminals Block diagrams & Interconnection diagrams, Block diagrams, Cable Schedule, Study & Reports, Project Specification, Datasheets & MTO for all Instrumentation equipment.
10.Pre-inspection meeting, Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, etc

Performing cable sizing, cable routing & scheduling.
Preparation of Instrument mounting and piping drawing, Material Take-off list (MTO).
