Responsibilities:
1. Handling HVAC Projects of Villa’s, Restaurants and Offices.
2. Heat Load Calculation Using HAP Software, Selection of Units,
3.Preparation of Quotation and submission to client for approval
4.Attending Site Meetings
5.Execution of the Projects within Timeline and maintaining the quality of the project
6. Attending New Project Enquiries related to HVAC
7.Preparing the HVAC Layout Drawing related to projects
8.Keeping record of material usage related to the projects
9. Preparing the costing report pertaining to the projects.
10. Monitoring work of various Teams - Ducting Team, Refrigerant Piping Team, AC Installation Team

Responsibilities:
1.Handling HVAC Clean Room Projects and HVAC Comfort Office Area Projects.
2.Preparing detailed drawings Proposed / As Built drawings of Projects Ex: Ducting Layouts, Wall Panel Layouts, and Ceiling Layouts etc. and Carrying out the Project Work according to the approved drawings by the Client.
3.Carrying out Validation Process i.e. Airflow Check / Temperature Monitoring / Pressure Balancing for Clean Rooms / HEPA Filters Leak Test / Particle Count Test / Air Velocity CFM Test in diffuser or Grill Using Anemometer / Integrity Test / Recovery Test etc. of Projects and Preparation of Project reports and Submitting to Client at the end of Handover time of Projects.
4.Monitoring the Work of various teams - Ducting Team, AHU Installation Team, Chilled Water Line insulated with puff material and aluminum cladding Installation Team, and Outdoor Unit Installation with Nitrile Rubber Insulated Copper Piping Connection Team for AHU and Wall Panel / Ceiling Panel Installation Team, Pass Box / Air Shower / LAF Installation Team.
5.Maintaining the records of Materials required if any and Material Consumed at Project place updating the same to the Company time to time. Carrying projects with correct usage of Materials without any wastage.
6.Carrying out the Projects by following the complete Safety norms issued by the client.
7.Speeding up the project, completing it within the deadline given by the client plus maintaining the quality and Standards of the project.
8.Executing the task by taking the Client into confidence, fulfilling the requirements related to the project.
9.Attending enquiries related to HVAC at the respective Client location and developing the business of the company by maintaining good Co-ordeal relationship with the clients at work.
10.Being an active / most important member staff of the company in solving the issues related to HVAC whenever required by the company.
11.Many Projects Handled in big companies and Hospitals like Biocon Park ltd (Blocks namely C1C, D3, C1B), Syngene International Ltd (Blocks namely S1, S11, S14, S16, S17, S18, S19 BalPharma Private Ltd, Tata Power Strategic Engineering Division, Indo Mim, Rangadoore Hospitals, Seetha Bhateja Hospital, Mach Aero, Karthik Nethralaya, Roots Clinic etc.

Responsibilities:
1.Providing Training on Mechanical Software Tools of CAD & CAE i.e. AutoCAD (2D and 3D Modelling), UniGraphics (Basic Curves/ Sketcher/ Part Design/ Drafting/ Assembly/ Surface Modelling/ Sheet Metal Design/ Project Drawings) and Ansys (Structural Analysis- Static/ Modal/ Harmonic/ Transient/ Spectrum/ Eigen Buckling. Thermal Analysis- Steady/ Transient. APDL Macros for Carrying out simple analysis. Generating 3D Models in Ansys Multiphysics Utility Menu applying necessary boundary conditions/ Constraints and analyzing the same generated models).
2.Facilitate learning by conducting regular sessions and providing enough time for practice.
3.Sharing relevant project experiences making the Design/Analysis software tools learning sessions more interesting to students.
4.Helping the students in handling out their engineering projects related to design and Analysis.
5.Providing required guidance to Students/employees for their future growth in Design/Analysis domain.
6.Clarifying the queries/doubts related to 2D 3D Design/Analysis Software tools and making the student’s task easier in learning process.
7. Preparing and revising Design/Analysis Software tools course materials including presentations, exercises etc. on timely basis.

Responsibilities:
1.Design and Development of Industrial Air filters/ Oil Filters/ hydraulic filters/ Pneumatic Filters according to the technical specifications data and requirement given by the Client.
2..Preparing Bill of Materials list required forwarding the same to Production team for filter manufacturing.
3.Preparing raw material list for new filter product requirement by clients and forwarding the same to purchase department for generating vendors and procuring it with no delay.
4.Meeting project timeline and deadlines given by the Company/ Clients.
5.Interacting with other teams - R&D/ Production/ NPD/ Quality/ fabrication to provide feedback on the design of filters.
6.Generating Clients by maintaining good rapport with clients at the filter enquiry stage/ filter Hand ver Stage by providing necessary details based on requirement and timely Technical support to clients.
7.Carrying out Testing and evaluation of developed filters before going ahead for mass production.
8.Attending enquiries related to filter requirement at the respective Client location and developing the business of the company by maintaining good Co-ordeal relationship with the clients at work.
