Responsibilities
• On behalf of Drake & scull to deal with all the projects of the western region and follow up on budgets, cost controls, and financial activities related to the projects.
• Completing DAMAC tower (Al Jawhara), Completing Al Essaei Tower, and iniating the security barrier wall project for Aramco at KAUST.
• On behalf of ACC to deal with all the projects of the western region and follow up on budgets, cost controls, and financial activities related to the projects and also managing the company bank account in relation with the western region.

A: Operations Manager:
Following up the progress of the construction of the following projects
• Project manager of the projects related to the Asian games 2006 on behalf of Qatar National Olympic committee
• Project director for the construction and furnishing of 10 (35+) tower on behalf of the Doha Asian Games Organising Committee (DAGOC) to host Qatar’s guests during the Asian games.
• Project director for the remodelling of the Land towers in Pearl Qatar.
• Project director for Barwa Al Baraha project. Development of truck car parks on approximate 1, 000, 000 square meter of land.
• Project director for Barwa Commercial avenue project. About 8 km long horizontal development.
• In 2009 being Project director for the development of 2000 villas in Jeddah, KSA. The client is EWAN for development.
B: Business Development Manager:
• Acts as the focal point with the technical team to coordinate efforts for the drafting of new proposals.
• Establishes and implements human resources plans. Delegates assignments and responsibilities and distributes work among Business development staff
• Conducts informal and formal performance appraisal to all business development staff, identify employee strengths and weaknesses to enable employees improve their performance

Al Qassim Hael 4 lanes dual carriageway expressway including all the underground utilities. My responsibilities was establishing the staff and labour camps, cut and fill works including plasting activities, underground culverts, underground reserves for the utilities, and the lay out and installation of water, storm water, electrical and telephone utilities

Performs as Project Manager and Head of the construction management team of the projects including mechanical, electrical, landscaping, interior design, planning specialist and the related construction management aspects with professional technical staff to supervise and control the budgets and costs of construction for Al Mohammadia rain water double cell box culvert ( total length 4.5 KM).
• Self employed working as the General Manager, managing and supervising renovation and new works of private villas banks and commercial buildings.
• Responsible for general management and coordination for all the projects of the company.

• Bridges Engineer for supervision of all the works related to the construction of Pre-cast Pre-stressed and Post-tensioned (box and I-beams), cast in situ Post tensioned bridges (both pedestrians and vehicles), storms drainage box culverts, under ground water tanks and power station.
• Site supervision Engineer for the CCTV surveying works under contracts for the renovation of the existing sewage lines at Hawalli, Nuzha, and Qadssiyah.
• Responsible for the supervision works of the construction of roads including pre-stressed, pre-cast super structures of bridges, reinforced concrete walls, box culverts and drainage systems.
• Responsible for the quality control of earthwork, construction, concrete works, steel reinforcement preparation and installation, and asphalt paving.
• Follow-up on construction and completion of all infrastructure works of Tel, Electrical, Water and sewage lines including excavations, and completion.
