1) Oracle Forms and Reports (10g), Oracle 11g Database (PL/SQL)- to develop utilities that support various departments of the bank to automate their work. The modules include:
a) Paperless Account Opening- Replacement of several systems, into one-window for Account and Customer opening in a decentralized fashion. Integration with Core-banking system (iFlex) via XML (FleXML).
b) Sales Application Tracking - Initiation data collection for Finance products.
c) SMS Broadcasting- Enable Service and Quality department to enhance customer services by sending SMS to customers on ad hoc event basis that are not dependent on Transactional/account activity such as Eid greetings etc.
d) Schedule of Charges - Automate charges deduction of various types. Fully parameterized. For e.g. deducting charges on VISA card annually, Lockers (annual), SMS, and Minimum balance.
e) Branch Quality Measures - This module enables data entry/collection and MIS generation of various Quality Measures in place for branches. It replaces excel and email based data collection
f) Customer Risk Profiling - Automating entry of customers risk profile as per State Bank’s instructions.
g) Cheque book utility - Pulls requests from various sources automatically and generates files to send to vendor for printing. Cheque book charges also applied through this utility.
h) Integration with CRM to pull various requests received through Phone Banking (ATM card requests, SMS facility)
i) CRM Database SQL Server, integrated with Oracle Database to pull various data and supply to multiple modules.
2) Microsoft SharePoint 2010 + InfoPath
a) Created Workflow for Account Opening process where the request is entered by branch sent to Central Ops Dept. and the various cycles it goes through.
b) IT Service Desk requests logging and ticketing.
c) Internal IT portal developed Projects tracking list.
3) .Net development (C#) and MSSQL server
a) Profit Allocation Module - Replaced excel workings and calculations done by finance and wealth management to determine Profit share based on pools Management.
b) Wakala Pool addition to PAM.
c) Integration with PTCL (Telecommunication Company) for Real time Bill processing. Consumed Web Services provided by PTCL.
