To ensure the branches inventory levels are in line with the company’s objectives (sales targets) & the stock distribution (+300 SKUs’) is executed throughout the month while preventing out of stock.
Coordinate with the Area Managers to ensure they order stock that balances availability in the main warehouse to enables fair distribution among the regions.
To follow up with the supply planning dept. for the production/procurement of materials based on the sales forecast (priority basis) as well as extra sales demand.
Evaluate, analyze sales patterns & accordingly communicate/ alert to the supply planning dept. in order to capture possible sales opportunities.
To strictly control & observe the distribution of limited stock materials with the purpose to retain & satisfy the customer base at large. .
To ensure full stock availability at regions for retail promotional demand ahead of the promotion schedule.
To publish weekly detailed expiry report featuring the liquidation zones (based on color coded alert levels
To follow up with the branches for the timely completion & sending the lease documents at head office.
To make sure all the lease & other necessary documents are delivered to the banks on time.
To reconcile & follow up with the banks for the payments.
To coordinate with the banks & the finance division to clear the accounts of the deals cancelled by the customers.
To make lease sales performance report.
To create & maintain balanced scorecards (strategy management) for the departments & total company.
To identify with the concerned dept. & design the dashboards featuring the key KPI(s).
To follow up & collect the KPI(s) periodically from the concerned departments & Autoline system.
To train & explain the KPI(s) to the balanced scorecard representatives from each department.
To assist strategy development manager in designing/ arranging the training courses.
To communicate & conduct strategy awareness surveys among the employees.
To organise monthly strategy review meetings with the departments & evaluate the overall departmental performance.
