 Managing and leading the project construction, commissioning and trial operation activities
 Leading the multi-nationality project’s team and subcontractors’ overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables to secure the successful delivery of the project
 Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours, budgets and expenditures

 Prepare the Project’s Budget and grant the approval from the JV management
 Prepare the project’s Execution and packaging strategy
 Managing and Supervising the Project’s Control team
 Manage, develop and review all contractual aspects and matters with Employer and the Subcontractors
 Review and approve the following information/documents
o The Commercial tabulations of technically qualified Vendors
o Letters of awards and agreements of the Vendors
o Variation Orders Initiation, preparation and finalization
o Payment milestones invoices
 Define the project’s risks with their assessment and provide the solutions
 Coordination with Finance department for the project’s cash-flow and Vendors’ payments
