Planning and Estimator Engineer;
- Calculation of Structural and architectural
Quantities.
- Select and/or source construction materials.
- Prepare the project schedule, prepare the project
cash flow and resources planning; monitor site
progress and update schedules.
- Valuation of construction work including variations.
- Prepare the final detailed estimate together with Contract Manager.
Site Engineer;
- Coordinate with project manager to plan the daily
activities.
- Do the tasks in the project as per the project plan.
- Identify the materials and other resources
requirements.
- Ensure the availability of approved shop drawings
in the site.
- Raise the requisition to consultant for the inspection of job done.
- Update the project activities.
-Surveying quantities of the roads (Subgrade cut and fill quantities, base coarse, and asphalt Quantities)
-Check levels of the roads based on shop drawings levels.
- Coordination the work with regular system.
-Preparation the bills and submission to the institutions.
- Design Structural building by ETABs and SAFE software.
- Preparation of structural calculations.
- Preparation structural drawings
- Drawing Architectural plans and views.
