• Responsible for handling the laundry service to a labour camp with more than 13, 000 Workers (i.e. Al Jimi Workers Village in Musafah, Mountain Gate Property in Reem Island and Al Mafraq Camp, Al Wasita Catering - Labor Camp and Military Personnel)
• Over-all in-charge for laundry machine’s removal and transfer from one site (like Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi and Tawam Hospital in Al Ain) installed in White Cat Laundry premise, in Umm Al Nar Laundry Plant.
• Supervised the laundry workers, monitor and check the quality of their performance, ensures that each one of them follows the correct standard and methods of the laundry operation.
• Ensure that the work flow was taking care of inside the Laundry and make sure that the things necessary for the smooth operation of the Laundry is available at all times.
• Supervise and control the use of chemicals and accessories and ensure that sufficient stock is available at all times.
• Make reports and recommendations as required.
• Attends customer's complaints, suggestions and comments and do the necessary action if required.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and all the laundry and other equipments are cleaned and in good working condition.
• Ensure that Laundry staff provides a very courteous, efficient and professional service to the customers. Checks their proper grooming and that they report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform.
• Assist in training the laundry staff and ensure that each staff has the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
• Ensure that laundry staff is aware of the company's rules and regulation and they follow the company's policy and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• Attend all the meetings, seminars and training sessions organized by the management.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager.
• Supervised the laundry workers, monitor and check the quality of their work and performance, ensures that each one of them follows the correct standard and methods of the laundry operation
• Report directly to the Senior Supervisor whenever trouble arises at the Laundry
• Check the procedure of segregation of soiled and linen and make sure that everything was done properly.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and all the laundry and other equipments are cleaned and in good working condition.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Manager.
