JOB PROFILE:  Planning operations & prioritizing them to ensure throughput, optimum capacity utilisation minimising/overcoming delays.  Preparing monthly production reports in order to monitor the capacity and productivity of the factory.  Creating Action Plan based on above to address challenges (in case faced any) to achieve production target for the day & month.  Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment (Winding Machine, Casting Units, Welding, Fabrication Line, Testing Line)  Supervising work of junior staf and provide them adequate training based on the function/their work profile.  Preparation of production plan and allocation of man power as per requirement.  Coordination with all departments for Quality, Design and Supply Chain Management issues.  Planning inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.  Nonmoving materials analysis, waste reduction and inventory Control.  Work experience in process of unfilled and in filled casting plant.
