-Support ongoing sales operation within the sector, to ensure delivery of the monthly targets (sales, Margin and orders registration).
-Maintain and develop accounts in line with business issues and ensure that sales solutions are tailored to fit the actual customer needs.
-Co-ordinate and follow through with Project management, service teams to develop the appropriate response to secure that sales are in line with the targeted budget and margin.
-Present to the sector manager the monthly reports analysis of offer status, portfolio,
forecasts, customer visits and main events and target projects to provide a clear vision of the function’s status and progress.
-Responsible to carry out sales operations for more than 40 MEGP yearly including (transformers, medium voltage switch gears, low voltage switch gears, motor control centers, bus duct, access control, CCTV, lighting automation, UPS, wiring devices &
- BMS).
-Achieve the company margin per yearly budget.
-Responsible to sale solution level three projects including automation scope.
-Responsible to attend the tenders in governmental and private sectors.
-Develops and implement sales and business development strategies for complex, solutions based sales.
-Assists other departments with project implementation, service activities, collection issues and cash management.
-Assist in the development of departmental budgets.
Studying and analyzing tenders of 0.2 up to 22 kV switchgears.
Preparing technical and commercial offers, and contracts documentation.
Review project contract.
Management of project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, procurement, and risk.
Planning, organizing, and building up the work breakdown structure.
Risks and opportunity forecasting and analyzing. Attend consultant inspection and customer collection.
Internal and external follow-up and coordination with the support division functions, suppliers, sub-contractors, customer, and all the stakeholders.
Monitoring, controlling, and securing project triple constraints; scope, time, and budget.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to smoothly bring-in projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
SAP Key user for project management department.
To plane and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet agreed Program of deadlines.
To attend regular meeting with clients, architect and consultant and keeping them informed of progress.
To supervise and monitor the site labor force through general foreman and supervisor, maintaining the work complete as per customer satisfaction.
To resolve any unexpected technical difficult and other problems that may arise at any time.
To oversee the selection and requirements of materials for use in the construction to check whether the material are as specified.
To prepare necessary paper work for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
Acting As ( Safety Coordinator )
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety &
Environment management system requirements.
Ensure the effective implementation of Safety and Environment Management Systems.
