•Manage the accounting of the Business to ensure that the results are accurately accounted for and reported on time.
•Provide financial analysis and manage accounts payable and travel & expense through external Service Provider.
•Actively support the Regional Controller GULF Management in the preparation of forecast and planning information.

• Oversee all Company accounting practices, including managing the accounting department, preparing budgets, financial reports and audit functions.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports along with the financial statements and ensure compliance for time frames, thoroughness and consistency.
• Finalization of accounts and matters relating to statutory requirements with external auditors for smooth outcome of annual audit of Company.
• Timely data entries, Reconciliation and availability of proper supports with checks and balances for taxation (Income & Sales), payroll, inventory and other major heads.
• Reconciliation of control accounts with sub ledgers, bank reconciliations and aging analysis.

• Manage financial resources and ensures proper utilization of Group financial resources.
• Ensures adequate liquidity to meet the organization's needs.
• Making arrangements with banks and financial institutions to meet the working capital and long term capital requirements including lease arrangements.
• To build strong personal contacts with banks, leasing companies and financial institutions to get assistance in financial matters to fulfill organizational needs.
• Manage the treasury function and fund raising through Banks and Leasing Companies at reasonable pricing.
• To maintain a master inventory report of all items of all branches defining inventorylevels and update it on weekly basis through stock issue notes & physical verification.
• To get the prior approvals and release of funds for tender after careful analysis of needand cost estimation with proper specifications followed by strategy recommendations.
• To verify requisitions, take quotations for procurement; prepare comparativestatements, finalizing Purchase Order.
• Maintain a liaison with Legal, Accounts and Finance to incorporate the regulatory compliance.
• Assist and coordinating with external auditors.
• Handling full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role including payable, receivable, Journal ledger, forecasting and budgeting
• Assessing the accuracy and completeness of GL which includes the updating of the Charts of Accounts, opening and closing of accounting periods in the system, modification and closing of posting cycle of the journal vouchers.
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Ensuring timely completion of Bank Reconciliations and taking appropriate and corrective actions.
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparing management reports (MIS) for the board of directors to assist in decision making
