1) preparation of projects design concept
2)preparation of projects 3D design and shop Drawings
3)Meet new clients and existing to take their suggestions.
4) preparation of projects documents drawings specifications BOQ schedules etc.
5) Choose materials as per specifications online or from local suppliers to add choices to clients.
6) provide any graphic design sites visit to ensure design details with site engineers.
7) submit regular reports to management profile summary.

08 Dec 2009~15 Sep 2010 Architecture Designer, Managing private business, cooperating with real estate marketing companies in Egypt, their goal was to achieve best benefits out of each meter in the land, the designs was developed and enhanced over and over trying to reach min- limited user requirements and seller' interest. My mission after i receive land data was to create a concept, illustrate the value, design quality, presenting the plans for marketing, and supply the design development drawings and the 3d perspectives.
13 Mar 2009~25 Nov 2009 Architecture Designer-Site supervisor, Hired at Strand Company for post tension pre-stressed concrete. Although as a contracting company few design orders were requested, the majority of work was in the field, supervising the execution work and a lot of experience in that field was earned.
27 Oct 2008~04 Mar 2009 Junior Architect Designer, Hired at Community Design Collaborative CDC. (Dr. Abdel Halim Ibrahim), A well-known design consultant office in the Middle East. A member of a team in a commercial-residential project in United Arabic Emirates named Muddon (Marrakesh) . My main task was to design a commercial-admin. Building in the project, as I was also assigned to several presentation tasks due to my familiarity with 3d programs & render engines.
