and other relative facilities building for: Design Financial proposal, Sales and marketing, Tendering
and Construction Start.
* Managing Dubai Industrial City project for several types of labour cities and warehouses packages.
* Supporting and fixing a five years plan of Mizin as an entity and above projects by preparing business
plan, RFP, MEP, etc.
Managing work for three main contractors of the crown (Al Moosa - Al Hamed - CSCEC Company).
* Reviewing quality plan for the consultants and contractors requirements.
* Insuring project management process (customizing- mapping etc.)
* Insuring project management knowledge area for project plan development, project scope planning,
activity sequences, cost management including estimating budgeting and controlling.
