* Efficiently performing commissioning of following system :
o Nature gas system, Nitrogen system, instrument air system, flush oil system, PFO tanks system,

* Handled various functions with the help of 5S system and HSE & OHS
* Worked as Process Controller in the plant and performed the following processes:
o Monitoredprocess equipment like Boiler, DM Water Treatment, Reactors, Air Compressors, Boilers, Fans, Dryers, Pumps,
and Heat Exchangers (APH & OPH)
o Inspected operations, adjusted the valves, recorded the readings of gauges and indicators, reported the abnormalities and
took corrective actions
* Managed entire tank area and monitored all the tanks’ operations like:
o Oil unloading from oil tankers
o Oil transferred from tank to another
o Prepared feedstock blends
o Control Room as DCS Controller using Fischer Delta V
* Initiated reactor, controlled all their parameter, (on-smoke)-(off-smoke) of reactor, operation of two phase separator (hydrocarbon
gases and carbon black)
* Performed inspection and adjusted the temperatures and pressures of Bag Filters
* Controlled the pillarization system and drying process
* Monitored and controlled the flow rates of material and fluids
* Checked plant area to find any abnormal point also prepared reports for shift supervisor
