• Head of logistics & Freight forwarding & managing operation planning for
haulage, logistics freight services over our terminals, , Haulage for200 trucks,
terminal handling over our terminals & line haule over DMM, RUH, JED
• Planning all 3PL services over our mega DCs, like: warehousing fulfillment
services, last mile, distribution Haulage for 400 truck, containers’ storage
, terminal handling over our terminals in DMM, RUH, JED, ports moreover
managing trade lanes over cooperation with overseas counterparts in WCA
• Managing our Capex of more than 400 tractor heads, reach stackers,

• Managing the networks within operation teams for each provided services and
to ensure that we comply with the key accounts’ business model, complied with
the cost of revenue for each product.
• Leading our commercial teams for Logistics Consultation for bidding purposes.
• Ensures competitive pricing through active communications and negotiations
with local vendors for our running projects for Oil&Gas
• Monitor& Quarterly KPI for Logistics ops teams how it comply with main
assigned tasks
• design and implement processes to support business grow for exist accounts &
new accounts as wellIdentify & results delivered monthly along with financial
performance versus annual budget and its P&L statement & target results
monthly for each product.
