Various units within the bank \[RFO, FCD & Legal\]
Vendors and other governmental/judicial bodies
Making sure leave plan (annual leaves) is well planned with appropriate backups
Providing feedback on Portfolio quality to product/policy managers
Engaged in determining annual expenses & losses budget by analyzing trends and flows rates of the portfolios
Directed all collection & Recovery activities in UAE (Local / International Agencies & Litigation)
Provided regular developmental guidance and feedback on performance to all Direct Reports
Made sure the Annual Performance Appraisal and Development Plan for direct reports was conducted, and accordingly ensured that the process was cascaded down through the organization by all managers
Liaised with group HR to develop relevant training programs
Ensured team operates in strict compliance with all regulatory, bank and compliance policies and enjoys good external and corporate audit ratings
