o Create and prepare the HSE reports to the HSE Director.
o Development, implementation, audit review of Company's HSE Management System in compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
o Planning, Implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of the HSE Strategy
o Cooperate on assignments that aims at supporting the Site operations
in a constructive technical manner
o Conduct Audits and consult closely with Ops team to support
the proper close out of the same.
o Directs the resources and activities of the Company to support the HSE programs by providing advice and guidance to the Management.
o Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the Company to create a culture
that prioritizes effective HSE.
o Review existing HSE policies and practices of the Company to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing or develop new recommendations from these assessments.
o Managing of 150 Project HSE employee and 14 HSE Managers.
o Preparation of HSE budget for tenders
o Consult with Clients (Emaar Misr, City Edge Developments, New Urban Communities Authority, AL FUTTAIM Company, Wadi EL Nile, etc.) and Local Authorities
