Brief Job Description
- Reports to Director, EMEA Critical Accounts.
- Working across Oracle’s products and services.
- Covering all customers in EMEA region.

- Manage the virtual team(s) assigned for the escalation (Standard Product Support, expert services, product engineering & development, other Oracle Lines of Businesses (LOB) and other third parties/partners as required.

Job Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of DBAs working worldwide to support +300 production databases covering Oracle, SQL server & Sybase.
- Define & generate the KPIs for service quality & individual performance for team members.
- Actively manage the DBA team to ensure the availability and integrity of database systems.
- Define the shifts and on-call Rotation among the team members.
