Key Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Review the contractors’ programs and progress reports to monitor their actual progress against planned progress, identify areas of concern (risks & issues), and provide recommendations.
b) Provide periodic summary reports to the top management for each project along with areas of concern and recommendations.
c) Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to the planning staff.
d) Prepare programs for the pre-construction phase (design & tender).
e) Review and analyze the contractors’ extension of time claims (EOT) and provide recommendations.
f) Participate in progress & commercial meetings, and site visits.

▪ Al Majid Tower (2B+G+24F) at Lusail: QR 120M.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
a) Provide periodic summary reports to the top management for each project along with areas of concern and recommendations.
b) Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to the planning staff.
c) Develop programs (baseline, look-ahead, updated, recovery, revised), cash flow diagrams, resources histograms, and narrative reports.
d) Prepare EOT claims substantiated with contemporary records.
e) Monitor the actual progress against planned progress to identify areas of concern (risks & issues) and provide recommendations.
f) Participate in progress & commercial meetings, and site visits.
g) Assist legal department & external law firms in filing / defending the company’s legal cases.
h) Ensure that all planning information of each project is available for the internal key stakeholders periodically.
