Workshop manager for heavy equipment maintenance and repairing Loaders, Excavators, bobcat, Generators from 80 KVA for 600 KVA, Heavy Trucks and Light Trucks and service vehicles
I am heavy equipment workshop manager in PVD project (1 miliar egypt pound) in portsaid
I trained workshop team for the maintenance work in site after choosing them
I make maintenance plan for all site equipments
I make the daily reports of all equipment and consumptions fuel calculated and controlled
I designed the fuel station (tanks pumps valves .....etc) for project fuel station and installation of it
I make all installations for the rigs with excavators which was working with the PVD project and make all repairing for make that success and correct working
i make the low cost for washing machine design of site it was very expensive and i arranged to make one with very low cost
I make all tech. reports about company equipment which working in sites .I was make all diagnoses work for several problem for equipment and make analysis and solve it by repairing our workshop team -I was make all PR for all spare parts and checkes it after purshasing before fixing in equipment .I trained my tech. team and aupervisoe them to maintenance our equipment with correct way as per catalog recommendations I was chacking all equipment after repairing works to be sure that all repairing was done

3-follow up all repairing work and maintenance in workshop
4-make all damage reprots about any equipment and analysis for any fault in our equipment happened
5-analysis for any fault code for all our equipment (volvo-komatsu-CAT-VOLGLE-BOMAG.....)
6-HAVE a lot of training cources in maintenance and repairing fault codes in all our equipment
i make the equipment list for all equipment of company with coding it to make easy for maintenance and controlled and make all check liste for it i make all maintenance plan for all equipment which working in sites and arranged it to repaire it and make PR for all spare parts which we need to repair the equipment i manage the workshop team to do their jobs with correct way
responsible about the preventive maintenance for heavy equipment and diesel engines and gasoline engines including the passengers vehicles
I am a team leader in mechanical and electrical department in body workshop
And I am diagnosing for problems of automotive engines by using G-SCAN.
And I am supervising for periodic maintenance for automobiles.
I help my team to do their best in their jobs.
I was make all overhauling and repairing of engines for all trucks and generators and other equipment of airport and make all reports of the case of all equipment in airport workshop and was supervisor for all tech. team in workshop
