Key Deliverables across the Tenure:
• Developing and improving end-to-end vendor life-cycle management processes

Successfully on-boarded 12 mainstream names such as Bose, Sennheiser, Sony, Samsung, Sonos, Jabra, Klipsch, B&O and Sound United (Denon, Marantz, Definitive Technology & Polk Audio). Efficiently managed business relations with more than 50 brand/ vendors. Scaled-up the business performance with double digits.
Major Accomplishments: Played a major role in signing up and taking on-board 10 major brands like Samsung, LG, TCL, Sharp, Toshiba, Hisense, Philips, Bosch, Siemens and Nikon. Efficiently undertook Strategic Management & Business Development of Consumer Electronic Division in UAE, KSA, Egypt and GCC.
Major Accomplishments: Essayed a stellar role in increasing the number of onsite listings across various categories which covered more than 95% of the actual products available in the mainstream market. Successfully on-boarded 5 major brands & vendors and as a result over-achieved annual business plan by double digit. Managed Consumer Electronics Divison which Mobile & Accessories, Consumer Electronics, Digital Imaging, Computer & Networking, Games & Toys, Office Products & Supplies, etc. Led a team of 7 Category Managers & Assitants.
Major Accomplishments: Experience in expanding the market place and the number of retailers in Kuwait. Maintained & developed business through existing suppliers & retailers. Gained experience in planning the Deal of The Day Program in Kuwait in terms of the variety and promotions offered. Marketed the major brands through Google, Facebook and On-line Marketing Tools.
Major Accomplishments: Key role in opening new Office Depot Franchise in GCC region. Successfully introduced wide range of consumer electronics at Office Depot Stores. Administered activities related to project management & merchandised 4 stores in Kuwait, UAE & Saudi Arabia.
