- Manage and oversee the end-to-end financial performance to ensure
profitable growth
- Business partner with the commercial and operational leadership teams
in building business plans, commercial strategies, go-to-market models
and mix management
- Lead the business financial planning & analysis (FP&A), identify
performance trends, highlight risks and opportunities and ensure high
operations productivity
- Define the business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify any
performance gaps, analyse the root causes and challenge the

items (bank facilities, backlog)

leverage finance and business standards, lessons learned & best
practice (cost optimization, asset management, projects productivity,

- Lead the project controlling team
- Lead Project Controlling and Contract Administration teams of KSA
Project Execution Hub to provide best in class finance support to Sales
and Execution teams.
- Lead the hub P&Ls (from orders to Margins) and other financial
indicators such as profitability deviation & cash performance
- Maintain control of relevant Balance sheet elements with operational
aspects and risk indictors such as accounts receivables & accounts
payables
- Take the accountability for the full compliance of projects business
activities versus local laws and corporate guidelines and governance at
both selling and execution phases
- Make sure that projects performance risks & opportunities are properly
assessed and mitigated
- Maintain best in class business partnership with operation leadership to
manage all performance and finance related topics
- Oversee the cluster execution hub forecasts to assure proper
financial reporting
- Challenge operation teams during selling and tendering phase and
provide financial risk analysis and advice to business to ensure
profitability and compliance with the corporate guidelines
- Support operation teams in risk analysis and drive respective
action plans during project execution phase
- Analyse and challenge projects execution progress in terms of
revenue, profitability, cash and risk to ensure projects financial
performance improvement
- Challenge and support the execution hub financial performance in
terms of operational KPIs, P&L, Cash Flow, Inventory and resource
planning.
