• Software analysis, design, installation & development of custom solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX. • Analyzing company’s operations and develop new features in AX to streamline the business process. • Technical lead role coordinating development activities between several projects. • In depth codes written skills (X++, DB Queries, .Net, PHP, HTML and JS) using AOT, Visual Studio & SQL. • Axapta end users operations support and training, and root cause problem solving techniques.
Role:
provide full support to ERP, Operating Systems, Storage and backups
Responsibilities:
• Follow up Microsoft dynamics 2012 R2 ERP as follows:
Full AX life cycle functional and technical services support.
Plan, develop, customize and implement AX projects.
In deep knowledge and on hands experience in all AX modules.
Development and support AOT objects, Workflows, Reports, Logs and performance.
Practical experience and professional skills of X++, C#, MorphX, AIF, VS, SSRS and SSAS.
MSSQL 2012 server administration includes complex Database operations.
AX Database, configuration and single files daily, weekly and monthly backup plans.
Troubleshoot and diagnose AX errors, bugs and unexpected behaviors.
• Managing & Administrating Windows and UNIX systems as follows:
Implement, install, configure and monitor server hardware & software.
Create preventive security roles in both UNIX and Windows OS.
Troubleshoot and Resolve problems with OS and security related.
Backup & restore OS, databases, data & applications.
Prepare & update the Backup and security Polices & procedures.
• Other daily and on need Operations as follows :
Monitor, enhance and present the KPI's & SLA IT Services.
Timely completion of projects and smooth handover to operations.
Coordinate with Vendors/ Contractors for Support agreements and new implementations.
Provide full support to all UNIX servers’ Operating systems, Storages systems, Backup Solutions and Hardware in addition to RDBMS Oracle enterprise servers Database administration.
Tasks:
• Managing & Administrating Corporate & Business Unix systems as follows:
- Installing, Upgrading, patching and configuring Unix OS.
- Monitoring UNIX OS & cluster status, logs, and performance.
- Managing UNIX File systems & creating UNIX scripts.
- Follow up Red Hat licenses & Packages dependencies.
• Administrating Corporate & Business Storages as follows:
- Connecting, Configuring & implementing new host/disks to the Storage.
- Monitoring storages status, logs and performances.
- Follow up the support & maintenance contract
- Troubleshoot & replace faulty parts.
• Follow up infrastructure operations in enterprise Data Center as Follows:
- Mounting, Installing, Monitoring UPS, Cooling, chillers Racks, Enclosures Servers, Switches, Storages, libraries, PDUs, Cooling & Alarming systems.
- HP, Dell and SUN Servers maintenance (ILO, ALOM, RAID, HBA, FC) & software installation (OS, RPM, PSP and Firmware).
- Tuning & Managing the Central APC infrastructure Console
- Prepare & follow up Data center Hardware & Software Inventory.
• Virtual Machines Configurations & installation, as Follows:
- Installing & Cloning Windows & UNIX VM.
- Preparing & configuring VM infrastructure.
- Conversion between stand alone and virtual Machines.
- Monitoring & checking Virtual Machines states.
• Administrating Central Backup & Recovery Solutions as Follows:
- Installing, upgrading and batching backup agents & creating new backup jobs for systems, databases, and applications.
- Recovering & restoring OS, databases, data & applications.
- Preparing & updating the Backup Policy & procedure.
Provide full support GPS devices, Maps initialization, end Users and Windows operations.
Tasks:
Installing, initializing, and preparing Garmin GPS Devices.
Manage Maps, Plans and scheduled teams visits to different areas.
Take the lead in some field visits and finalize projects.
Data validity and integrity before GTZ association handovers.
Support Users as Help Desk employee with daily operations.
