Supply Chain Management:
• Review and authorize Supplier Service Agreements for aspects relating to Supply Chain Planning.
• Maintain stock coverage as per agreed policy with agent; ensure no stock outs for private market & on time in full delivery for tender / direct orders & institutional sales.
NPI / SQ process:
• Manage All Sq’s starting with: Receive SQ’s from sales, check on availability & time for delivery, up to delivery of quantity requested.
• Provide forecasting to new products introduction, maintain a project plan for launch, ensure 100% on time in full delivery as per agreed with market.
Replenishment / Inventory Management:
• Develop replenishment model for all products range
• Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).
• Ensure implementation/ review of stock modelling.
• Monitor and control full pipeline inventories to ensure availability as per requirements and minimize business waste.
• Provide demand forecast to manufacturing group as well as prepare production schedules by coordinating planning with Sales.
• Initiate purchase orders with Agents.
• Monitor ELC stock, aiming minimum inventory as per stock model, fast cross docking for direct orders according to product category.
Statistical forecasting:
• Maintain/measure baseline forecast against 3 months rolling forecast.
• Continuously improving forecasting methodology and approach.
• Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy on customer service.
• Lead consensus forecast demand meetings with stakeholders, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals.
• Maintaining statistical forecast on different systems, evolving standard operating procedure for demand planning process.
Other Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Maintain highest quality standards, ensure safe working practices and care for environment through total compliance with the guidelines set up in Quality, Health & safety, Environment, customer service policies of Pfizer.

Primary Purpose:
• Manage a team of local purchasers with a clear objectives and procurement standards.
• Implement controls to ensure that the procurement procedure is conducted with the highest level of integrity, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate all local purchasing and procurement of the goods or services from approved vendors.
• Evaluate and identify the relationships with the current suppliers.
• A 360 cost benefit analysis with CPS elimination of waste methodology to be followed.
• Negotiate major contracts for Zahid group as a whole for key suppliers with national and international supplier, based on Zahid quality standards including prompt delivery, keen pricing and advantageous payment terms.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Responsible for the local forecasting, tabulating and the sourcing of material including parts, consumable, cables, safety materials etc., including logistics, refurbishment and material handling services in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Maintain appropriate quality standards, process and control.
• Assist all departments in developing and implementing procurement best practices, processes and quality manual and set strategies.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and budget guidelines.
• Maximize savings through proper forecasting, skilled negotiations and volume purchasing in coordination with department heads.
• Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, budget and procedures.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Help source alternative new products, suppliers or sub-contractors to meet business needs.
• Liaise with accounts payable department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with supplier.
• Maintain a log of all procurement transactions and prices.
• Report and record discrepancies or receipt of defective product or service.
• Determine the root cause of a conflict with suppliers and take corrective and preventative measures to remedy the situation should it arise.
Assigned to him by the “6 Sigma” Executive and effectively coordinate these projects with the Deployment Champion and other improvement project teams. Project leadership using good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects using DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members. It is also critical to identify integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinate the improvements with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals.
Execute the Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Participate in the sales and marketing demand forecasting process.
Managing all inventory level.
Setting Production Priority with sales team for satisfying the market needs.
Generate Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Placing Purchase Requisitions.
Follow up on the adherence of the actual production Vs the production plan “Output Reliability”.
Monitoring the sales and production achievement Vs the MTD targets for priority settings.
Review and manage the slow moving and obsolete stocks(for components and finished goods)
Follow up on the purchase order status”Opened POs Vs received POs”.
Follow up on the material delivery dates to be matching the promise dates.
Maintaining the supply planning KPI’s.
Participating in the planning module implementation.
