Internally I’ve written documentations for both customers as user manuals and implementation guideline for our colleagues and provided internal consultancy and training for Sunsystems V6+ for our SunSystems team.
Had led the technical side of brilliant solutions hosting and web services and was responsible for maintaining and developing the company internal web applications (CRM - internet support portal) plus developing customers websites, emails and providing support for them and gathering user requirement for websites and applications of customers.
Was the I.T in charge in 20 employees team who’ run the operation in the training center, from maintaining and troubleshooting internal network infrastructure , taking care PWCT servers and workstations security and software implementation, databases and I had also developed the PWCT Internal Training management system web application.
