Duties & Responsibilities:
• Following TEST company QHSE management System and client HAS rules as sites.
• Following TEST company Polices and its commitments towards the client requirements, impartiality, confidentiality and security.
• Carry out through examination and load testing of lifting equipment and accessories in line with company procedures, equipment manufacturer reference, relevant ASME/ANSI/API/CMAA standard and Saudi Aramco GI 7.030, on clients’ equipment to ensure regulatory compliance and report on condition.
• Follow and comply with all Saudi Aramco GI’s, standards and procedures.
• Provide technical support an guidance for lifting inspectors and trainees.
• Act as crew leader when more than one inspector working at the same job.
• Analyze and interpret data, manuals and other information to determine specifications and relevant inspection or test procedures.
• Provide accurate and timely written inspection reports and certificate.
• Develop load test procedure for proof load testing of cranes.
• Compile and verify inspection/test procedures.
• Discuss inspection result with Area Manager or client to develop corrective actions.
• Provide safety information and recommend compliance procedures.
• Attend project meeting and attend company/client meetings, as required and liaise with client as required.
• Provide supervision and technical support to the trainee inspector assigned.
• Other operations activities, as directed by the Field Supervisor or Operations Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspection and testing fork lift, wheel loader, man lift, boom trucks, air compressor, welding machine, airless spry machines, grader, roller compactor, bulldozer, spreader beams, polyester webbing slings, wire rope slings, shackles & various types of loose tackles .
• Following Petro Rabigh Instructions (GI).
• Coordinate with Heavy Equipment Department.
• Make necessary arrangements for third party inspection and certification of cranes and other lifting equipment used in construction site.
• Scheduling periodic inspections for third party certification.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly inspection reports.
• Inspection and load test applied for all types of mobile crane & forklift in Petrorabigh as per ASME B30.2 Standard.
• Periodic inspection of lifting gear attached and ensures all the lifting gears are
color coded and safe to use.
• Stop check of lifting equipment to ensure equipment are safe for use, validity of certificates of equipment, operators certification and etc..
• Inspection and testing all type of cranes, fork lift, wheel loader, man lift, boom trucks, air compressor, welding machine, airless spry machines, grader, roller compactor, bulldozer, spreader beams, polyester webbing slings, wire rope slings, shackles & various types of loose tackles .
• Periodic inspection of lifting gear attached to the Rigs and ensures all the lifting gears are
colour coded and safe to use.
• Make necessary arrangements for third party inspection and certification of cranes and other lifting equipment used in construction site.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly inspection reports.
• Scheduling periodic inspections for third party certification.
