• Preparing a study and mechanism for the implementation of projects for the governmental and non-governmental authorities.
• Preparing the initial costs for holding events, conferences and occasions including costs including (halls and hotels- transportation- accommodation- translation- designs and printings- media coverage- souvenirs- hospitality …..etc.) and proposing offers for the same.
• Preparing the executive plan for the implementation of each project.
• Participating in the preparation of public relations, media monitoring and planning.
• Participating in the preparation of marketing and advertising plans of projects.
• Participating in the distribution of tasks on all departments based on a time schedule.
• Performing all logistic works for all events and services provided by the company:
Supervising the implementation of all printings, follow-up and coordination with printing houses.
Supervising the implementation of all advertising gifts internally and abroad.
Participating in (planning, performing, organizing, evaluating, sponsoring) events and occasions.
Supervising hotel reservations for events’ delegations and arrange their reception and transport .
Prepare and coordinate welcoming ceremony for guests and delegations.
• Selecting appropriate suppliers for every project with competitive rates.
• Performing public relations and advertisement activities with clients, building strong relationships with company’s current and future clients including communications, holding meetings and determining their requirements and needs.
• Providing the required consulting for developing the Company’s website and customers, supervising the social media accounts of the company and providing suggestions for improvement.
• Controlling the process of monitoring and archiving of all held events and occasions.
• Drafting formal letters addressed to governmental and private authorities.
• Organizing press conferences in the presence of press and media.
• Representing the company before foreign authorities especially guests, media and press.
• Preparing estimated balance sheets for the services that are provided to clients and events.
• Supervising all advertising and media services.
• Communicating with clients and execute agreements with them.
• Provide consultancies required for the execution of events and occasions.
• Preparing all contents related to technical materials and printings.
• Follow-up, coordinate and supervise the preparation of introductory films editing.
• Follow-up, coordinate and supervise the events as for:
Lighting and audio systems; display screens and photographing works.
Theaters systems (stage) including (LED screens- terraces- display systems and projector).
Translation systems and services; and providing translators.
Supervising the process of recording and receiving in events.
• Supervising the execution of all advertising services and media.
• Preparing promotion gifts
• Observing the performance and supply of printings.
• Providing logistic and technical support in exhibitions and conferences.
• Communicating with customers and execute agreements with them.
• Participating in marketing plans of the company in line with the company’s strategy and achieving the required marketing objectives.
• Setting plans regarding public relations enhancement, as well as sales advertising, personal sales and sales management.
• Building strong relations with clients and suppliers.
• Submitting direct reports to the Executive Manager.
• Preparing and implementing electronic marketing plans.
• Coordinating with advertising authorities.
