Research Engineer at Environmental Hydrogeology and Geophysics EHG Lab
Under the Water Desalination and Reuse Center: I work as
▪ EHG laboratory coordinator - ordering and maintaining lab equipment and belonging material, providing lab safety and equipment training sessions for new students
▪ Field work coordinator - a) obtaining governmental permissions for specific research, planning and coordinating various fieldwork requirements. b) Organizing and assisting water sampling campaigns for research and analysis at many local and some specific international desalination plants such as Oman, Spain and Japan.
▪ Research Assistant - experimental set up coordination; obtain, design and manufacture the corresponding bench and pilot test set up
▪ Researcher: so far 8 research papers have been published, either as first or co-author.
Working with Prof. Peter Fox:
▪ Testing the effectiveness of using vertical/horizontal flow wetland for waste water treatment
Worked at three different department:
▪ Site engineering
▪ Structural and shop drawings design
▪ Architectural design
