- Chartering the company's fleet for transportation services and medical evacuation purposes.
-Communicating and arranging/booking flights as requested by the client and or their representative and preparing the service according to their liking.
-Making sure all matters are ready and prepared prior to the flight and updating the passenger with all matters concerning the flight and aircraft movement.
-Meeting and greeting clients before and after the flight.

• Offering advice and support about medical products in English or Arabic for customers calling from the Middle East.
• Supporting the assistant project managers as required.

• General Administrative and office work.
• Assisting in the promotion of a project or product for the delivery of a contract.
