Responsibilities:
- Make opening for stores and prepare all the visual elements.
- Do mapping and planning for the stores for implementing the floorsets.
- Daily communications with all departments and with the USA visual team.

- Partner with store senior team on floor changes and to achieve store readiness worthy of the brand.
- Direct merchandising standards, fixture placement and seasonal trim following corporate standard.
- Manage visual budget intended to maintain store at company standard with an emphasis on exploiting trends and supporting the needs of the business.
- Coach, develop and benchmark visual associates for growth and provide central of excellence training.
- Participate in store senior team meetings and tour store at least weekly with General Manager.
- Develop excellent service through customer friendly merchandising standards and a visually stimulating shopping experience.
- Deal with the deliveries and the item and controlling the store stock room.
- Deal with the marketing elements and props with P.O.S.
