Quality control and food safety specialist :
- Monitoring and examining each stage of Halloumi cheese production (Cyprus)
- Keeping detailed records of quality and imperfect product

- Review purchase orders to Kuwait to properly balance stock availability according to many factors (Time, Price, and temperature season).
- Daily QC activities inspection Perform root cause analysis of all non-conformities and complaints till closure and take the right corrective action plan with the supplier.
