•With direct support provided from my department end, the Zain Manasek sales increased from 450 lines per day to 1, 800 lines per day,
•Western Region support sales was the poorest among all other regions in the Kingdom. Have been directly involved and turn around this region to be the best among all regions,
•Standardized the flagship rental agreements across all Zain showrooms,
•Enhanced customer service quality by supporting company's projects “LBE and Seasonal operation”.
