Deputy Managing Director (Report to Managing Director Team: 30) KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Strategic Planning: Leverage a strong understanding of competitive dynamics, customer needs, regulatory impacts, market trajectory, and company capabilities to gain support for the strategy and fuel execution planning. Devise, and implement new strategic plans to bring the visions to reality, including setting clear aims and objectives.
• Business Turnaround: Play a stellar role in architecting the roadmap for the organization with P&L responsibility, converting the loss-making operations into profit-generating opportunities, leading growth initiatives, achieving innovative cost reduction, and driving peak financial performance for propelling the organization to the top of its tier.
• Business Development: Determine the business potential & opportunities to secure profitable business volumes. Set up the new business strategy and success team to grow and diversify the organization for revenue growth of the business units. Develop near term and long-term business growth plans and P&L targets.
• Business Growth Opportunities: Lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of strategic business opportunities.
• Sales Management: Entrust with the overall accountability of managing the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, initial contact, scoping client needs, and ensuring solutions. Exploiting potential opportunities by creating a new sales segment realizing enduring revenue generation and broadening the brand reach.
• Key Account Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities by onboarding new clients and working with enterprise clients to grow and expand within the existing mid-tier accounts.
• Networking / Collaboration: Coordinate with the industry leaders and build alliances with the various venture businesses to build the companys image and presence within the industry.
• Financial Management: Play a stellar role in overseeing the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
• Branding: Ensure the availability of company profiles for media/PR events. Identify and capitalize on advertising opportunities.
• Cashflow Management: Maintain an adequate level of cash flow, including but not limited to a solid grasp on receivables.
• Liaison & Coordination: Partner with the Lightech MD/GM for efficiently handling and looking after the distribution management, administration, and project operations.
• Project Proposal: Significantly contribute to identifying the time frame, funding, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of a project by assessing the projects proposal or plan.
• P&L Management: Create, and generate strategic opportunities to expand revenue organically and opportunistically.
• Team Management: Encourage the team members towards productivity & inculcating a spirit that fosters business excellence.
