• Plan and implement the procedure and methodology to carry out and review all functional performance tests, critical system checks, and Integrated system test with staff and recommends way forward to the team.
• Coordinate the Testing and Commissioning at site, conduct and record all meetings to address any technical issues.
• Prepare any modification and/or additions to the “Inspection and Test Plan” ITP
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and Corrective Action Report (CAR)
• Prepare internal auditing program including follow-up audits and schedule of audits.
• Provide on-site quality control inspection staff in order to ensure that work can be implemented on a continuous basis within strict compliance of clients “Dar El-handasah” quality requirements.
