• Managing Recruitment process to include Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Job Offer, mobilization, and orientation.

• Prepare Human Capital’s Budget in correlation with the Division Business Plan and in alignment with the sections requirements for discussion with Management.
• Prepare Recruitment Kit and Interview Kit including all forms, templates, mandatory documents and workflow road map to be the main guide for the organization’s policy and procedure.
• Prepare recruitment guide for none-HR Managers including all needed forms and expected requirements from each type of candidates.
• Draft and implement new tailor made Recruitment Scoring Mechanism based on competencies framework guideline to differentiate between interviewed candidates according to numeric scale and miserable competencies.
• Prepare the Interview Guide for HR specialized and none HR interviewers, with recommended list of FAQ for each competency measurement.
• Conduct Recruitment Benchmark Study for Museum of Islamic Art Restaurant staff recruitment.
• Prepare New Employee Welcome Kit including employee’s quick guide, temp access pass, Doha Map, pen and notebook, gift voucher and welcome vouchers.
