At Insight Business Solutions, I'm the person who developed and Built the development department and selected the technical and business resources who are responsible for developing and delivering Microsoft projects (Cloud solutions, Office 365, MVC, SharePoint, CRM, EPM and others).
My responsibilities as below:
- Responsible for managing and delivering Successful IT projects (PM) following all project life cycle processes.
- Responsible for gathering projects Business requirements, conducting business workshops, conducting awareness sessions, preparing VSD, SRS, MoM's and many other business documents.
- Responsible for setting up development department (up to 11) employees.
- Responsible for all pre-sales activities (Office 365, Azure, SharePoint online, SharePoint on-premise, CRM online and on-premise) manage demo's and POC's.
- Technical consultant for cloud, Web and mobile applications.

• Responsible for the gathering clients requirements, verify clients need, architecture and evaluating SharePoint environments.
• Responsible for building SharePoint Taxonomies and best SharePoint ECM and Archiving solution.
• Managing pre-sales activities, writing proposals, preparing demos, and presentations.
• Analyzing business requirements, preparing business documents and providing best SharePoint Solution.
