Handle all aspects of project planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution and change management.
Oversee the daily operations of project team to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain project documentations according to established guidelines
PMO Director plans, directs, and ensures the successful management of designed business solutions utilizing the complete resources of the PMO Office and assigned project management teams. The Director provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing methods and procedures that are efficient, effective and meet good business practice.

Manage and deliver large, complex ERP engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for large clients across several key industries
Ability to document as-is and to-be business processes.
Understands financial month end process and associated business issues and data challenges.
Ability to identify process strengths and weaknesses - suggest areas for improvement.
Positive track record and experience in driving requirement solicitation sessions with Business partners.
Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
Develops functional specifications and assists with system design specifications for IT.
Ability to facilitate and lead System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing of implemented systems.
Ability to document as-is and to-be business processes.
