Feb 2011- Present: R&D and Production Manager in the factory of the Body & Soul: www.thebodyandsoul.us; a global manufacturer and retailer of personal care products.

• Undertaking the Research and Development of a new line of cosmetic products: Shampoos, conditioners, facial cleansers, massage balms, massage oils, bubble baths, shower gels, hand sanitizing gels, liquid soaps and foams, facial creams (day, night), facial serums, shower oils, body lotions, body butter, body mists, facial masks, Hand and foot creams, Facial and Body scrubs. Shea line, Essential oil line. Perfumes.
• Managing and supervising the production process at the factory
• Currently working with MSE consultants to prepare for the ISO certification of the new factory.

December 2010- May 2011: Worked part-time for the preparation of an essential oil extraction and mixing facility EOS
• Have worked on the creation of perfumes and balms for therapy
• Have worked on the preparation of the extraction facility
• Have prepared promotional presentations for the products

September 2008- Dec 2010: Worked as a Production Manager in a Paint Factory www.conhard.com CONHARD
• Have been responsible of following up the industrial process
• Have undergone some major operational management changes
• Have been responsible for the development of new products and the advancement of established products

• Worked in the Body Care Club Hamra to acquire a certificate in aromatherapy from the IBA International board of aromatherapists
• Attended workshop on "Planning effective change in large groups" in february 2009
• Attended a graduate course on Operational Management" at AUB in spring 2010 which covers programs like 6 sigma and others.
