Overall management for the Voice system together with Managing all Voice Project over the Silicon Oasis City. Advice and recommend new technology to be implemented to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
Present new technology to enable silicon oasis to be one of the smartest city’s, working closely with the ICT department head to achieve the strategic plan.
• Provide support to telecommunications teams and consultants assigned to projects within the organization.
• Regularly evaluate the performance of telecommunications’ systems and provide enhancement and update recommendations for better and more reliable performance of the system.
• Manage and implement upgrades and enhancements to the telecommunications’ infrastructure.
• Provide tier 3 telecommunications support to internal and external customers and resolve enquiries and concerns accordingly.
• Give appropriate access to end-users based on requests and necessity according to the user’s professional role within the organization.
• Regularly provide data-based reports to the management team on the performance of the communications networks of the business and recommend enhancements and upgrades to stay up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technology advancements.
• Work closely with the Finance department to verify periodic telephone bills and expenses, and assist with audit requirements accordingly.
• Manage and execute company’s requests for new website registrations, renewals and escalate issues related to the registered domains to the concerned party.
Managing the New project in IP Telephony, Wireless. Smart City Projects. Prepare the Project Plans, Budget requirements, Scope of work, Business Strategy.
Reporting directly to Director of IT.
Successfully managed to complete the following projects:
Avaya VOIP integration with Oracle/Microsoft.
Implementation of Full WiFi solution in Dubai Silicon Oasis City to cover the full city (7 KM), with the highest technology, Bandwidth Management, and Fully secured WiFi solution.
Study, plan and implement IT solution.
Planning and implement new technologies under infrastructure, Data Canter implementation and fiber connectivity (site to site).
Network analyzing and standardization deployment, Projects management and auditing, Implementation of Complete Avaya VOIP with full monitoring tools, Implementation with Full WiFi solution with the latest Technology with Guest System, Redundancy for all above and all existing infra-hardware.
