Organization Design:
• Perform end to end study with proper engagement with business in designing their org. structure and participation in detailing the business model and translating that into org. structure.
• Create and update the Job Descriptions for specific jobs.
• Evaluate and grade jobs by using job evaluation system methodology.
• Create and manage the report in collaboration with related stakeholders.
• Manage the Role Clarity project: Identifying the areas of development, updating and detailing current ‘job families’ to ensure the roles are clear across all STC.
• Develop organization design best practices that optimize the structure.
• Assistance in the Optimization project: Identifying the potential opportunities to maximize the efficiency of org. structure and provide recommendations to top management.
Workforce Planning:
• Identifying the % of Saudization across all sectors.
• Review staff vacancy lists for all departments.
• Screen applicants, source and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Arrange and attend interviews with local/international candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and provide them with regular updates.
• Manage job offer process including salary recommendations and offer letter creation.
• Generate and update weekly/monthly reports to reflect recruitment activities, current vacancies and candidates in progress as directed.
• Coordinate international recruitment activities between KAAUH and recruitment agencies.
• Arrange and attend periodic meetings with department directors to update them regarding active recruitment processes and discuss their needs.
• Policies & Procedures: Review policies and employee Handbook.
• Labor Law: Review Saudi Labor Law.
• Recruitment: Source candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Job Description: Defining the tasks, responsibilities and the requirements for the position inside the organization.
• HR Development: Looking for the courses to improve employees skills to use it at work, supervising during the training course and evaluation.
• Performance Appraisal: Career advancement, performance assessment, salary increase and promotions.
• Gov. Relations: Muqeem - GOSI - MOL.
• Employee Relations: Manage End-Of-Service processes.
