Organization Design:
• Perform end to end study with proper engagement with business in designing their org. structure and participation in detailing the business model and translating that into org. structure.
• Create and update the Job Descriptions for specific jobs.
• Evaluate and grade jobs by using job evaluation system methodology.
• Create and manage the report in collaboration with related stakeholders.
• Manage the Role Clarity project: Identifying the areas of development, updating and detailing current ‘job families’ to ensure the roles are clear across all STC.
• Develop organization design best practices that optimize the structure.
• Assistance in the Optimization project: Identifying the potential opportunities to maximize the efficiency of org. structure and provide recommendations to top management.

Workforce Planning:
• Identifying the % of Saudization across all sectors.
