Process all account payable invoices and manual checks through the computer system.
Prepare journal entry for accrual of invoices after closing and for goods and services received but not yet
invoiced.

Month end reconciles the entire vendor invoices with purchase ledger balances and keep them ready for
payment. Prepare the monthly prepaid payments journal entry.
