I worked as a Senior Planning Engineer in two major projects:
1- King Khalid International Airport Development and Expansion Project - Riyadh. Contract Amount: SAR 6 Billion.
The King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh is undergoing major upgrade and redevelopment under the direction of the General Authority for Civil Aviation. The Project Program includes the design and construction of:
• A new Terminal Processor between existing Terminals 3 and 4.
• Three new piers & new aprons.
• Lounge upgrades in Terminals 1 and 2
• The airfield upgrade to expand taxiways and provide additional aircraft parking positions.
• The Riyadh Metro stations which will be at Terminal 5 and terminals 3/4 and 1/2 together with railway lines and infrastructure.
• Infrastructure changes to the existing road network.
• The East Remote aircraft parking area.
Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluation of contractor’s schedule and reports in order to align with client requirements.
• Monitor critical activities based on the contractor’s schedule and advice project management.
• Preparation of progress Monitoring sheets (Dashboard) and KPIs for all major site activities to track and update information required for daily, weekly and monthly reports in order to verify adherence to or variance from planned productivities.
• Coordinating with Client’s Planning Engineer in respect of general project control matters and incorporate all comments.
• Provide short time programs & look ahead programs for Client’s Planning Department.
• Coordinate and work with contractor management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.

2- King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz’s Project for Development of Public Education - Riyadh. Contract Amount: SAR 56 Billion.
The project launched by Tatweer Buildings Company (Tatweer is a limited liability government-owned corporation) for Schools Program which entails construction for 4, 000 new schools over the next five years, as well as O&M of more than 16, 000 facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The development of public education will cost a total of SR 56 billion, which will be distributed over the next five years to implement four programs as part of the overall project to improve the quality of education.
Responsibilities:
• Participated in developing company’s strategies and business & operation plans.
• Drawn and implemented the pre-construction processes involving projects programming, design implementation, bidding documentation, procurement & award.
• Developed a high-level business plan for the execution of new 5-years program of educational buildings projects worth SR 56 billion.
• Lead the project control department for 30 school playgrounds project in Eastern Province.

I worked as a Planning Engineer in Aircraft Maintenance Hangar Project in King Abdulaziz
International Airport - Jeddah. Design and Build one of world's largest Aircraft Maintenance Hangars Facility.
Collective built area (total floor plan) of approx. 722, 000 m², Consisting 11 Aircraft Maintenance Hangars and 7
Ancillary Buildings. Apron Area approx. 147, 250 m².
Responsibilities:
• Prepare program of work at time of tender.
• Prepare cash flow after award of project & communication to PM/DGM.
• Study of contract documents together with drawings, specification, BOQ after receipt from QS section.
• Plan the resources required to execute the project in coordination with estimated quantity while
bidding/Tender.
• Perform various kind of rate analysis for all acquisitions and dispositions and assist to perform all monthly
base plan revisions.
• Prepare program schedule- bar chart for the projects according to the approved procedures.
• Preparing procurement & material delivery schedules.
• Preparing recovery plan by revising the site Performance.
