3-Evaluate the soundness of the design and operation of Authorized Persons’ existing internal controls and identify areas deemed to be vulnerable to potential fraud and abuse so they can be addressed proactively;
4-Promote self-regulation in Authorized Persons and cultivate a culture of compliance and risk management.
