 I prepared programs and budgets estimation for upcoming drilling campaign for onshore and offshore fields.

 I worked as a completion/workover supervisor for all well interventions and artificial lift system installations ( Coil tubing jet pump installation, re-perforation, scale removal, hydraulic fracturing operation, post frack flow back and testing, linear sucker rod pump, convention beam pump installation, etc …)
 I prepared AFEs and well cost estimations for work-over and well servicing operations.

 Performed the last beam pumps installation campaign (4 units installed and 10 units planned for next year) with zero LTIs.

 Assigned as Drilling and well services Engineer in Karim Small Field to support local team during drilling, completion and well servicing operations.
 Involved in Drilling, completions and well servicing programs in Karim Small field, more than 300 well service operations and 36 wells drilled in 2016 ( verticals, horizontals and deviated wells) . Two hoisting units and two drilling rigs hired to accomplish the work plan.
 Involved with Production team for EOR equipment selection in KSF field (CSS, ESP, BP, PCP…) in harsh environment with high H2S concentration up to 20000 ppm.
 All operations are performed according to Medco/ PDO HSSE standards and procedures (STOP, TRICK, SIMOPS, etcs….).

 I worked with the Drilling Manager to prepare and execute drilling programs for Eight (8) 1500 meters vertical/ Deviated development onshore wells and one (1) 3200 meters deviated exploration offshore well.
 I worked as a night drilling supervisor during the drilling campaign of last eights wells.

I am involved in the preparation and the evaluation of drilling and completion tenders (drilling rig, drilling fluids, bits, tubular, Coil tubing services, Thru tubing services, Hydraulic fracturing and multistage completion systems …)
I prepared well intervention programs for jet pump installation, pump jack, velocity string and sand clean out operations.
I prepared completion programs for multistage hydraulic fracturing jobs with milling and sand clean out operations.

I prepared work-over programs for old wells. Those work-overs include stimulation jobs, pulling old completion and replace it by new string, remedial cement jobs, fixing corroded production string, etc...

I assisted the company-man to prepare daily drilling reports, daily cost reports and plan of actions during the execution of two (2) 4500 m vertical exploration wells and two (2) 2500 m vertical development wells. As a night company-man, I witnessed and learned extensively from the ongoing drilling, completion and well testing operations.

I assisted the head production engineer to prepare work-over operations. I have a small experience in design, installation and performance monitoring of ESPs.
I assisted all operations in the production facility; modification of process installations, adding new gas compressor and Electrical generators, well flow-line modifications, etc …
