Job Purpose:
I was supporting two divisions; FMCG (P&G, Clorox, Hershey, Lindt, etc.) and Pharmaceutical (Retail/ Distribution/ Principals), and a team of circa 1100 employees.

Responsibilities:
• Working with the business units on structural changes, workforce planning, and executing recruitment plans.
• Managing employee relations issues, conducting investigations and disciplinary hearings.
• Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation, and ensuring compliance to legal requirements.
• Preparing various reports and analyses and updating HR Dashboard.
• Providing performance/employee management guidance to line management, and driving positive changes in work relationships and morale.
• Handling salary appraisal/adjustment exercises; annual and off-cycle.
• Managing the relationship between AAW and principals, with regard to HR and Admin functions.
• Following-up with the administration and government affairs function for related matters.

Job Purpose:
I was providing Generalist HR support for 1000+ employees under 5 businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Managed all aspects of employee relations issues.
• Sourced and recruited junior to mid-level employees, locally and overseas.
• Handled the same payroll activities as in my previous role.
• Participated in compensation related activities, including annual salary planning, and grading structures.
• Handled annual performance appraisal exercises, in collaboration with talent management unit.
• Coordinated training projects and employee events.

Job Purpose:
I was providing payroll and ER support for 3000+ employees under 8 businesses, whilst managing one assistant.

Responsibilities:
• Inputted the different types of employee forms and status changes into SAP-HCM.
• Handled and coordinated HR/Payroll/Admin enquiries from employees/administrators.
• Prepared various HR reports as per senior/executive management requirements.
• Counseled line managers on decisions/actions to be taken, with reference to company polices & labor law.
• Contributed to the development and implementation of corporate and Payroll projects, including: UAE Payroll customization, E-Pay slip, and other SAP-HCM implementations.

Job purpose:
I was a core member of SAP-HCM implementation project in Kuwait & UAE.

Responsibilities:
• Gathered and audited employee data according to the defined standards, as part of the data gathering stage.
• Participated in the SAP-HCM project blueprinting workshops, and the testing of the implemented configuration, including the different modules of: OM, PA, TM, PY, and GS.
• Trained and supported end users and Business administrators on using the system.

Job purpose:
Handled treasury operations including bank communications, bank reconciliations, and ledgers audit as a primary task. Assisted Receivables & Payable teams as a secondary task.

Responsibilities:
• Booked payable invoices, payments and receipts into Oracle Financial Suite.
• Daily Clearance of receipts and payments, and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Handled daily Bank communications and post.
• Reconciled receivables, payables, intercompany accounts.
• Prepared accounts receivables monthly aging report, and other reports as requested.
• Participated in the annual stock-count exercise.
